| The Village newsletter is called "The Villager" and is mailed regularly to the residents of the Village of Tobaccoville. It is usually mailed to inform the community of news concerning a Village event, service, or other community concern. It is also used to gather information from the residents concerning their views, opinions, and concerns. For your convenience, we have included the most recent newsletter on this webpage. Please click on the link below to view this newsletter. The Village Administrator serves as the editor of "The Villager" and is responsible for collecting the articles and getting it to print. The Village Clerk maintains the mailing list for the newsletter and is responsible for assisting the Administrator with the publication and mailing.
